These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hiregram (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

hiregram provides tools to practice mock interviews, including voice sessions, transcripts, and performance feedback. The Service may change over time and may include beta features.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You’re responsible for your account, maintaining access to your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you agree that we can process your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

User content

You may provide content such as resumes, audio, transcripts, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating reports and feedback you request.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation, to improve the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Upload content you don’t have the right to use or that violates others’ rights.
  • Use automated means to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.

AI output and guidance

The Service may generate automated feedback and suggestions. This output is provided for informational purposes and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use it.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party services (for example: authentication, scheduling, and video/voice providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by hiregram and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

Paid features (if any)

Some features may be offered for a fee in the future. If we introduce paid plans, we will provide pricing and billing terms at checkout or within the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hiregram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold hiregram harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or users.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice.
